
Mr. Peter Agyeman-Gyekye
An outstanding leader, manager, and coordinator with a proven record. He has focused on leadership for delivering superior results with 22-year in Finance and Administration, Grants and Operations Management, Accounting and Financial Management, Human Resource and Operations Coordination, Procurement Management, Financial Accountability and Grants Management training, Entrepreneurship Development and Coaching in agribusiness value chain marketing, Project Management, Financial Integrity and Internal Control System Trainings, Compliance and Operating Internal Auditing, and Office setups. Over 15-year of which was with international development organizations working in Ghana such as USAID, DFID, RTI International, Education Development Center Inc., CARE, Save the Children and Blackside Incorporation. He managed multi-dollar budgets with full responsibility and success for working within budgets and value for money. In addition, he has 9-year experiential knowledge in sexual reproductive health and rights in family planning, sexuality education, maternal health, HIV AND AIDS, social inclusion and gender equality, especially among young people. He is visionary with a track record for finding innovative ways to solve problems, and an articulate communicator and negotiator experienced in dealing with high levels of contracts. He is capable of building lasting relationships with partners, senior management, trustees, clients, vendors and consultants. Mr Agyeman-Gyekye is currently the Executive Director of Theatre for Social Change. He holds an EMBA from the GIMPA and BSc in Administration, Accounting Option.
Miss Pepertual Tekyi-Mensah
Finance and Administrative Manager. She has over five years of work experience in accounting, auditing, and finance with Theatre for Social Change, the Ghana Audit Service, and the National Reconstructive Plastic Surgery and Burns Centre of Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital. She has excellent communication skills and academic qualifications, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work with a team to achieve target objectives. Her competencies include due diligence, critical thinking and attention to details, procurements procedures, applying accounting principles, timely reporting, and maintaining internal organizational controls. She has worked on different projects with different donors including UNICEF Ghana, Dance4life Netherlands, Global Communities, STAR-Ghana, and Curious Minds. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the University of Professional Studies, Accra


Mrs. Grace Safoah Aryeetey
Programmes Coordinator at Theatre for Social Change with a passion for working with communities. Mrs Aryeetey has experience in community mobilization, stakeholder engagement, community need assessment and training of volunteers in the use of TfSC’s SBCC REACH model in behaviour change programmes. Her experience spans from project conceptualization and management, monitoring, research, alternative livelihoods, women and girls empowerment and health promotion. Mrs Aryeetey is hard working, reliable and resourceful with excellent organizational and people management skills. She holds Bachelor of Arts in psychology with sociology.
Mr. Emmanuel Anane Yeboah
the Research, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager at Theatre for Social Ghana. Mr. Yeboah has over fourteen years work experience in project management including project conceptualization, proposal development and implementation; action research; project monitoring and evaluation; development of training modules; training of farmers in alternative livelihoods aimed at environmental conservation and sustainable use of forest in cocoa growing and mining areas; and teaching. He has successfully developed and implemented a number of projects in alternative livelihood development, health and education in Ghana and spearheaded the mid-term and yearly monitoring and evaluation of projects with both local and international project evaluators. He monitors all projects including SRHR project and develops the necessary tool for data collection, analysis and dissemination. He has coordinated a good number of capacity building programmes. He holds an MBA in management from the University of Stratford, VA, USA and BSc. in mathematics and statistics from the University of Cape Coast.


Mr. Johnson Kefome
The Director of Programmes at Theatre for Social Change and an expert in using TfSC’s social and behaviour change communication REACH model in training and behaviour change campaigns. My Kefome has over 14 years of good experience in development work in the areas of popular education and forum theatre as an educational tool for development, training, monitoring and evaluation, project management and project proposal development. He was the Country Director of Theatre for a Change, a UK charity and Ghanaian registered NGO where he managed over five million Ghana cedis (GHS5,000,000) in grants from TfaC UK, Ghana Cultural fund, ICCO, UNFPA, Barclays Bank Global Fund, GAC, STAR-Ghana, DKT and Marie Stopes International. He led in the development of projects with the participation of all relevant staff and stakeholders and demonstrably worked to achieve the organisation’s strategic objectives. He holds diploma in forum theatre and certificates in project management and finance and popular education and human rights issues and analysis and currently pursuing a bachelor degree in Project Management from GIMPA.
Mrs. Mariama Adam
Project officer at Theatre for Social Change. A graduate of International Open University. A team player with enormous interests in Girl Child education and an advocate for women’s empowerment. She has participated in numerous Youth conferences on Project Management, Youth empowerment, Education, Conflict Resolution, and Youth activism in Ghana, Netherland, and South Africa. She was a board of Franchise (BOF) of Dance4life Netherlands.
Mrs. Mariama has worked on numerous grant projects. Formal chairperson for CAMA Savelugu, young girls who are beneficiaries of Camfed. She is a board member of the Youth Advisory Board for Ghana SRHR alliance (YAB)
